Despite the use of specialists, Kurtz Investigations Hamburg strives to maintain a fair price level so that the use of detectives is unfortunately not affordable for everyone, but still accessible to broad sections of the population. In setting our fees, we voluntarily follow the code of honour of the Bundes Internationaler Detektive without being a member and position ourselves in the lower range of the recommended pricing.

Please note: We can only specify the exact hourly rate applicable to your case after discussing all relevant details of the assignment. In most cases, however, you can expect a rate of 84 euros. Unlike numerous competitors, it is important to us to maintain a transparent fee structure.

Reimbursement of Detective Costs

In cases of legal relevance that are brought before the courts, it is often possible to have the detective costs reimbursed by the party responsible for the problem, usually the target person. Once again, you can see how important it is to investigate in a legally secure manner and in a way that is admissible in court. One thing is clear: if you initially pay 5 or 10 euros less per hour to an amateur investigator, but ultimately cannot obtain reimbursement of the detective costs in court due to an investigative error, you will have gained nothing in the end.

 

Detective costs are only covered by legal expenses insurance in exceptional cases. However, if you are able to engage a better lawyer with legal expenses insurance, your chances of winning the case increase considerably. If the judgement is then in your favour, the detective fees are borne by the losing party.

The Pricing Model of Kurtz Investigations Hamburg

No flat-rate expense charges – billing is based solely on the actual and necessary effort.

 

No postage or telephone costs – these are generally included in the hourly rate and are not charged separately.

 

No costs for the use of standard detective technology – this is also included in the hourly rate. Only special technology, such as the use of a disguised surveillance vehicle, is charged separately if required.

 

No additional charges for weekend or night operations – a fixed hourly rate seven days a week, around the clock.

 

Flat-rate offers are available on request and only where the workload can be clearly predicted in advance. For certain corporate assignments, such as the recovery of missing property, a flat-rate solution is of course sensible.

 

Upon conclusion of a contract and payment of an advance covering the assignment costs, you may, subject to creditworthiness, agree on an interest-free instalment plan with us for the settlement of the remaining invoice amount. Naturally, without additional fees.
