The guiding principles of Kurtz Investigations are professionalism, discretion and cost transparency. This is reflected in numerous well-known clients, including domestic and international detective agencies, several DAX-listed companies, international corporations, politicians, a major political party, former national football players, television personalities, public-sector clients, educational institutions, insurance companies, law firms and many others.
In the service provider ranking of Wirtschaftswoche, a company of the Handelsblatt Media Group, Kurtz Detective Agency was awarded third place among investigative services across Germany. Its score of 77.22 was surpassed by only five companies across all 24 evaluated sectors. This placed Kurtz Detective Agency eighth overall among 236 tested providers, outperforming companies such as Lufthansa, Sparkasse, BMW, DHL and many others.

Since 2016, Kurtz Detective Agency has actively supported the Neven Subotić Foundation. Why this organisation in particular? Because every cent donated reaches those in need. All administrative costs are covered personally by the founder, Neven Subotić. Large organisations such as UNICEF, SOS Children’s Villages and others invest significant sums in Google AdWords. If you wish to donate 20 euros and click on an AdWords advertisement from UNICEF, this may cost UNICEF as much as 20 euros depending on the keyword. In effect, your donation ends up with Google. This is a concept we are also familiar with in the detective industry, where it leads to considerable costs, which is why we choose not to participate. This rejection of AdWords is also one of the key reasons for our comparatively moderate fees within the industry.
The Neven Subotić Foundation follows a fundamentally different approach from many better-known charitable organisations. We are committed to supporting the foundation in this way, and this will not change in the future.
